Tonight the HPCDC entered a formal agreement with ELDI to provide project management and construction management services to redevelop the property at 5801 Bryant Street into a restaurant and two market-rate apartments as a part of an overall strategy to revitalize the Bryant Street commercial district.
The HPCDC also entered into a construction contract for 5801 Bryant Street and accepted funding for this and other projects in the commercial district.
The HPCDC board agreed informally to blog certain actions relevant to community development in the community on a best-effort basis on the HPCDC web site at www.hpcdc.org.
